Welcome to CHROME SALON NY, where we make you our number one priority. We appreciate you for choosing to work with us and can't wait to to introduce you to our team of beauty professionals. We are excited to help you achieve your personal hair goals, as well as address any problem areas you may have.

Each of our stylists are highly experienced and attend multiple advanced training sessions each year. However, each stylist offers a different variety of services allowing them to lean into their specialties. All new clients are booked with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. It is extremely helpful to arrive with a few inspiration photos of someone with similar hair texture, length and thickness to your own. Please take time to look at the photos to find what it is you like about the pictures, as well as anything you may dislike. 

If a consultation cannot be scheduled in person, we can communicate with you via email. We ask that you please attach clear, current photos of your hair as well as your inspiration photos. 

Cancellation Policy, Re-do's

Please notify the salon by phone at least 48 hours in advance of all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate for other guests who maybe waiting for an appointment. We understand emergencies come up and will work with you to the best of our ability. In some situations the fees may be waived, please communicate with us.

  • No- Shows: Forfeit the full deposit.

  • First time late cancellation: Subject to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Repeat late cancellations: Charged 100% fee of scheduled services cost, which must be paid before rescheduling.

Appointment Length: If you need to leave the salon at a specific time for any reason- such as work, childcare, or a medical emergency- please let us know if you can when booking . Each stylist gas a unique process and timing may vary. We never want to rush your appointment or compromise the quality of your service.

Re-do's: If you are not completely satisfied with your services please let us know within 7 days. We will be happy to adjust any areas of concern to ensure you are happy with the result.

Please note we do not offer refunds for the services rendered.

Online Booking: is available for a limited selection of hair services Amenities: We offer coffee, multiple tea blends, hot chocolate and water, plus light individually wrapped snacks Wifi: Can be found at Chrome Salon - Guest, Password: CHROME#1 Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the salon. Numbers 1- 6 are designated for the salon, but if there are no spots available, any numbered space will work

Relaxation & Children Policy:

We strive to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, which can be challenging with our open floor plan. To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please use headphones or earbuds when using electronic devices. While we adore children- they are our futures after all- however the salon can pose certain hazards, such as chemicals, sharp scissors, hot tools, waxes, and glass shelving. For their safety and maintaining a peaceful environment, we recommend arranging childcare or bringing another adult to supervise during you appointment.
