Chrome is a spacious, eight chair salon dedicated to an exceptional salon experience. Off street parking. An amazing color bar, technical and on floor support, one on one mentoring to help you grow your business behind the chair, to help you achieve the work - life balance you deserve. The salon is spread out fifteen hundred square feet. There is plenty of room for you and your guests to feel comfortable and relaxed.

As a business, we strive to be a trusted pillar in our local area - an artistic and professional partner that contributes positively, drives growth, and elevates the community we serve.

W-2 Commission Stylist:

We offer part-time and full time hours over a flexible schedule, choose a 2 -5 work week. Offering hourly and commission based pay.

Salon Service scale commission rates are set in a tiered format from 40% - 45% - 50% - 55% Varying on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance. Starting with the beginner stylist without a clientele, to the more experienced, established stylist. There are bonuses, and we offer 32 hours of PTO, Vacation pay accumulation starts after your first year.

W-2 Employment Criteria:

• Have a current NYS Appearance Enhancement License or Esthetics License

• Must be passionate about the Beauty Industry

• Willing to commit to annual advanced education

• Be a Team Player

• Possess excellent communication skills.

Chair Rental:

• We are looking for a talented, established stylist to join our team!

  We offer a cozy corner station available for a full-time independent chair rental. The perfect spot to grow your business while being part of a supportive salon environment.

• Bonus chair included for overflow clients, making it a flexible double-station setup. Not looking for full time? No problem! We also offer daily and weekly rentals so you can choose what works best for you.

• Why rent a chair with us instead of working alone in a studio suite? Because here, you’ll have the community, support, and perks designed to help you succeed:

• We have 1 larger area reserved for a full time stylist and other styling chairs available for rent on selected days. Our Hybrid business model offers you freedom and independence as a owner/stylist, while working within a dynamic, supportive team culture. You won’t feel alone, closed of in a small studio. We offer mentoring in multiple areas: Marketing, branding, customer service, skills and formulation. Other benefits: Rent free time off after the first year, 8 week rent free maternity leave, use of laundry facilities for work related items, shared salon towels, use of wax station, beverages and snacks included for your clients.
