First time clients; Chrome Salon NY requires a consultation ahead of time for any hair color, highlighting, balayage and corrective color appointments. To ensure we are holding the proper amount of time needed to accomplish your color goals, without overlapping into another clients appointment time. We want to be sure the look you're going for is achievable with the type of hair you have now. The stylist will also go over pricing and alternatives services if needed. The consultation is complimentary and takes about 15-20 minutes, we do take deposits to secure the appointment.

Salon Policies

Please notify the salon by phone 48 hours in advance of all cancellations. This allows CHROME SALON NY time to book guests waiting to be seen. There is a cancellation fee for all NO SHOWS: 50% fee of expected services first time; 100% fee of expected services thereafter. Without notice you will be subject to loss of deposit and/or required to leave a deposit for future appointments.
